• Your content does not violate any applicable laws

The Artalot website, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to ARTALOTAI (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not create, upload, or order prints of content that:

• Infringes on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory material
• Contains pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Contains personal information of others without their consent
• Violates any applicable South African or international laws

We reserve the right to refuse any order and terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions.

6. Orders and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount displayed, including any shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund.
